Yardly ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Cleared LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Yardly mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). This policy applies to all users of the Service and complies with applicable data protection laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and requirements of the Apple App Store and Meta (Facebook) platforms.

- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. You may optionally provide a profile photo and display name.
- User-Generated Content: Information you provide when creating sale listings, including sale descriptions, photos, addresses, dates, times, and categories of items.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location Data: With your explicit permission, we collect precise geolocation data from your device to show you nearby garage and estate sales and provide location-based features. You may disable location services at any time through your device settings, though this may limit certain features of the Service.
- Device Information: We collect device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or Advertising ID on Android), device model, operating system version, app version, and language settings.
- Usage Information: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features accessed, searches performed, sales viewed and saved, and time spent in the app.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information including your IP address, access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to our Service.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Sign-In Services: If you choose to sign in using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or Facebook Login, we receive basic profile information (name and email) as permitted by your privacy settings on those platforms. We do not receive your password from these services.
- Analytics Providers: We may receive aggregated analytics data from third-party service providers.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
